  The right to expect accuracy and a quality control system to ensure that accuracy
  The right to expect that our professionals will keep up-to-date through advanced training
  The right to work with an alternative professional in the event that a client is dissatisfied with any employee
  The right to understand in advance what services are to be provided and our fee for such services
  The right to a reasonable turn-around time for delivery of services
  The right to access quality investment products and services
